Diesel exhaust upgrades?

The muffler on my Vectra is looking a bit tired and I'm thinking ahead for options for when the time comes to replace it. It is a side inlet unit and know from previous experience they can be pretty restrictive so why not free up a few ponies? A little help in the sound department would be nice too as the big Cummins doesn't sound very good with that muffler. Have seen a few posts in Google searches regarding the Aero Turbine mufflers, specifically the 5050XL. Anyone here run one? How about another brand? Not interested in running with no muffler as it's just too loud. Sounds great on the highway but pulling into a campground at night with that is just plain rude.

At minimum will be a muffler and tailpipe upgrade but may go as far as doing a turbo-back if the existing piping is questionable when the time comes.

On one of our previous motorhomes with a Cummins 350 we had to replace the damaged exhaust so we removed the factory boat-anchor muffler and replaced it with the Aero 5050XL, after we upgraded all the piping from the exhaust brake back with 5" piping.
It was originally equipped with a 4" exhaust.

We thought it sounded really good and gave that 40' DP the 'presence' it deserved.
