Dead Drivers Door - 2003 Brave 34D

HELP I have the driver's electric window stuck half way down.
Anyone know what would cause all the electrical stuff to die in the drivers door. Systems impacted are the Electric Window, Read side Mirror adjusters, Mirror defrost, and the lower door courtesy light? Fuses are good. I peeked in the door and everything looks good.
I have to assume a connector has separated somewhere under the drivers dash area.

May I ask how you determined that the fuses were good? Not trying to be critical, just asking for information.

Fuses

Well there is not one fuse that would impact all the functions in the door.
I did not have my meter with me, so I am going to look for 12VDC on both legs of the fuses in the morning.

This happened once in my Toyota Camry. I ordered out the very expensive switch assembly before I talked to somebody who knew what they were doing. A very good Toyota tech told me to re- splice the wires going from the driver side switch into the chassis. I did that and all has been well for several years.

OK additional info...
Spent the day at the GMC service center where they had worked on the vehicle this week. Found out it is not just the door that was not working, Also the power seat, Dash Blower, Cigarette lighter, and a few other goodies. We think the mechanic did something to cause a fuseable link to fail or over protection device tripped. Any suggestions?

why is it if a mechanic touches a vehicle.... any thing that happens after that is the mechanics fault?

Ahhh, over the stove in yours.

(Wiring diagram says "Located in step box", but installation diagram shows it over the stove.)
