Chassis control modual

2000 series, Rear gas 8.1 engine
When we first bought it the things mentioned below all worked
I had Allison check the transmisson and after $800 was told it run perfect and I needed to reset the chassis control moduale. I have a J brake to start. When descending a hill, you need to manually shift to a lower gear to slow you down. If your unit has the equivalent of Tow-Haul mode and it is on, tapping the brake pedal will downshift the transmission to slow you down. So either Tow-Haul or manually downshifting is what you need to do.
Well that is what is suppose to be what it is dose. I shift up and down with the buttons.
What I need is where is and how to reset the controler .
