Cargo bay doors opening 2022 Adventurer 35F

We have a 2022 35f and we are experiencing lock failure of the cargo doors while driving. On more than one occasion one or more bay doors have opened even though they were set, latched and locked.
I have repeatedly checked the latch and lock mechanisms. All of them appear to be closing, latching and locking properly before we depart. Both DW and I do a double check to make sure that all of them are secure as a part of our pre departure checklist. They are still opening while driving.
The most recent was on 12/17 while driving south on I95 in Florida. An 18 wheeler slowed to let us know that 2 of them were open.
Anyone here have the same issue?

I would ajust the u shaped bracket that's on the frame of the door longer so the latch can move all the way behind u bracket

I've only had it happen once to me. Once was enough. Of course, I checked all of the latches and their alignment. Then I attached a thin 12" steel lanyard to the latch plate and hook it to an eye hook on the door latch mechanism with a small Carabiner clip (both from Amazon). Now, even if the door latch opens, the door will only come out about 8" at the most. Of course, it hasn't happened since.
