Care Free Patio Awning

Hey folks,

I am new to this forum and we are new to RVing. We recently purchased a used 2019 Forza 34T with only 6,000K. Two weeks in the canvas on the patio awning started to separate from the vinyl up by the roller. Is this covered under warranty by either Winnebago or Care Free? Thanks for the help!

Can’t help with warranty details, but call them. The gal who answers the phone knows a lot.

Thanks Wyatt. When you say call them, are you referring to Winnebago or Care Free?

Take your pick. Winnebago will tell you to go to a local dealer.

Care Free may have an authorized service center nearby or they may tell you to contact Winnebago.

Personally I do anything to avoid going to a dealer.

Carefree. They’re the ones doing the warranty, (ostensibly beyond one year). As Creativepart mentions, they will most certainly refer you to an authorized Carefree dealer, BUT, it’s they, Carefree, who will explain your warranty and can answer your questions.
