Adventurer passenger switch and armrest screws

Hello all, new (used) Winnie owner - Adventure 33V - bought from the original owners. Looking to know what the switch on the passenger side is (to the rear of the cup holder) as well as what the screws are for on the arm rests? The drivers armrests are at different levels so thought those may help resolve that but haven’t tried yet. Thanks for any comments.

The knobs at the end of the arm rests are for adjusting the position of the arms - they change the height in the down position.

On the switch I can only guess, but I’d think it could be the ”map light“ switch.

You didn’t mention what year your Adventurer is??

It’s a 2003, I thought the map light too but I’ve tried a known working bulb and no go. Pulling the fixture next to test the wiring.

Our map light has a switch on the dash that I assume is similar to your switch near the cup holders - but there is also a switch on the light fixture. If you've changed bulbs you no doubt would have seen that if it had one.

2004 owner here. Map light switch.

You can find it in your wiring installation diagram.

Could it be that the map light switch only works when the key is "on"?
