Adventurer 04 - bedroom separation
When the bedroom is dark and it's light outside I can see light at the back on the coach along the floor? This light can be seen pretty much the entire width of the bedroom? Are there screws to secure the wall to the floor or should I run a bead of adhesive/chalk all along the seem?

Wow! Now that is one I have not heard of or read about on the different Winnebago forums. I would get under your coach and find out why you have that separation. It might also be worthwhile to call Winnebago Customer Service and ask what they suggest.. Caulking the gap may just hide a more serious problem. Please repost if you find out what is causing that.

As mentioned above, contact Winnebago.
The back wall in our 2004 31Y is the same as yours (not the gap, the construction). I had Winnebago email me the drawings a while back. There's not any real structure in the back wall, just foam and anchor plates. I don't have the drawings of how it's attached to the floor though. Winnebago has them, just to to contact them. Might be able to get a better idea of what's going on just sticking you head up into the rear cap. I'll take a peek at mine tonight too, see if I can see how it goes together.

Dave
I have a 2004 Adventurer 33V.
if i remember correctly there is a rubber gasket that covers this in mine. I have never seen or heard of this either, I will look at it tonight and send you pictures if possible.

I had the same issue with my Bounder up around the cab area. The dash would hold still, while the rest of the RV would bounce up and down while driving along the road and meeting bumps. Kinda cool. The airbags were working well, it seemed.
I knew it was a problem but never did get around to doing what's been mentioned already, come up with a rubber or foam gasket to put in the space between the floor and the walls. After 10 years of driving it that way, I sort of mostly forgot about or ignored it. Didn't seem to harm anything, other than waste a bit of energy. Gap was about 1/8th or less inch and over the years grew several feet along the wall on the dinette side behind the couch. Carpet covered it mostly.
I never did anything about it and it didn't materially affect my full time RV'ing.
Good luck.

Screws severed
I found two screws that have been severed off. Does any know is it possible to use additional screws to anchor the wall to the floor? At are the screws anchored to metal or wood? I prefer to use screws and not glue.

If you have access, bolts might work better than screws.
