Exclamation 2019 adventurer warm chasis ac

The chasis AC never really gets cold, cool at best. It actually gets hot just sitting once on the highway it gets better. The refrigerate level is correct. Please any ideas.

Had the same thing on a 2008 Winnebago on a Freighliner Chassis. Took a couple years and finally found a Freightliner service place when we were on the road. They ran a dye leak test and said it was bad connections. Replace the bad parts and we were good to go.

Get it serviced and a reputable place and ask for the dye leak test.

Many DP owners find that shutting off the water that dribbles into the shared heater/AC core at the engine (diesel pushers come with valves right near the engine because of the loooonnnggg hoses) OR installing shut off valves under the front hood reduces that issue. Late spring they shut them off, late fall they open them back up. Since you've found it's not leaking refrigerant, this could likely be the issue. The Temp valve is designed to dribble hot water into the core at all times. Sometimes it's too much hot water tho.

Recently, for a gas model chassis I forget which one pretty sure it's Freightliners tho, newer, the factory has been installing the heater hoses backwards and that's causing the problem.

Please verify but I think your Adventurer has the Ford V-10 gas engine - correct? If so, there is a water valve that diverts hot coolant from the engine into the heater core for heat. The valve shuts off for vent and dash air conditioning. With the dash AC off, does hot air come out of the vents when the temp control is set in the maximum blue area?

Also, the air intake into the heater/air conditioner is very close to the engine so if you are idling (like at a stop light) it will suck hot air off the engine into the air conditioning system. Once you are moving, it will cool off again. A way to test this is to set your dash air conditioner to "recirculate" mode so that it does not suck in outside air.

If everything is working properly you should have pretty cold air blowing out of your dash AC vents especially while moving. So something is wrong with your system.

Another tip, go into your user profile and add a signature line with the details about your motorhome. This will help others give you better answers to your questions.
