2018 Vista Furnace blower 31BE

Up here New England we’re still getting a little bit of sleet and snow at night. Right now it’s about 33° out and sleeting. My furnace is struggling to keep the temperature above 62 inside. The furnace is putting out heat but only the vent in the bathroom seems to be getting adequate airflow. The other vents do not seem to be blowing air. The forward vents only seem to have heat slowly coming out without the aid of a blower.
Is this the way it supposed to be or is the fan not powerful enough? Or could there be a blockage in the ductwork? Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have a 2019 29VE - so not identical, but maybe similar. The air coming out of my front vents is very low volume, so what you have may be "normal", but having said that, several of my vents have a very well disguised "On/Off" mode. If you look into all of your vents, you may see a black plastic circular control on one end of the vent that works to open or close your vents - make sure they are open. As I said, not all my vents have this control, so it's possible you won't have it on any of them.

I have a ‘17 31BE and the heat is barely adequate for 40 degrees. You’ll want to get a space heater for the main living area. It won’t keep the tanks warm, so you’ll have to balance it’s usage with the furnace.

Thanks. I did check the vents. They do not seem to have any or toggles like they do in my house. I guess I’ll just have to live the low flow.

A couple other things:

1. The bedroom vent by the sliding door can be closed. I close that or the bedroom gets too hot.
2. The air intake is on the side of the bed platform towards the rear. Make sure you don’t have any blankets hanging down or pillows laid against it.
3. The floor is installed with a plastic sheeting and the exposed sheeting is removed prior to delivery. The sheeting has to be cut during installation so the furnace can get air. If you have 30 minutes and a screwdriver, take the bed platform up and look where the furnace is. Mine had a slit made but not much more. I cut a much bigger hole in the sheeting. I’m not sure if it helped or not but I know there’s no restriction there.
