2018 Sightseer Clicking sound

Hello all. I have a clicking sound behind the fuse panel in the basement under the driver seat in my sightseer. No breakers appear to have triggered. I seem to hear it when the engine is running and while it’s off and on battery. Haven’t noticed on shore power or generator.

Thoughts on what it could be?

Thanks to all.

Sounds are hard to describe as we each hear them so a bit of guessing to start? not looked at the drawings to know but how about the sound older cars used to make when they didn't start? Do you know that old click that the solenoid made?
My thinking is that it may be involved with the solenoid which connects the chassis/start battery to the coach batteries at certain times. Normally there is a solenoid which pulls up (clicks) when the engine is started and that connects the two battery strings together to let both charge while the engine is running. No idea where this is located on your RV but might be heard as under the seat when it is actually outside in a small compartment behind the fuses!
One small point that might help to test is the switch, perhaps on the dash which can be used to temporary connect the two. Meant to be used in case the start battery is dead and you want to use coach battery to start the engine. Might tell you something to push that button and listen to the sound of the click.
Working right, the click should just happen once as the engine starts and then stay pulled up.
But we already know something is not right! But I might point out that this is a quick first thought and clicks can also be crickets. Good luck.

Thanks yes clicking like solinoid starter but everything seems to be running fine.

I guess I’ll pull the panel and see what is tripping.

There is a contactor that connects coach and chassis battery systems to each other behind the circuit breaker panel that is controlled by the Battery Isolation Manager that makes a "click" when it opens or closes. When it senses either chassis or coach battery needs charging and it senses the other side has sufficient voltage it will close with a loud click. When it senses both sides have enough voltage it will open with a loud click. Might be what you are hearing.

since pulling the fuse panel to look at the clicking, itself, there might be value in doing some easier first by checking the batteries and connections as they are what make the solenoid /contactor work.
I would want to be sure the batteries were good as well as the connections on the batteries and the ground at the frame. Water in the batteries?
Since these are what the clicking work on, and we always need to keep them in good shape, it may turn out that some minor battery work may help the clicking.
Just normally needed and easy place to start, rather than actually digging in to find the smaller stuff.
