Congrats!!!

A lot of wear and tear on an RV comes from the elements. If it's been sitting that long, I hope you got more than 35-40% off MSRP.

The tires, paint, plastic, molding, etc, etc, all now have at least a year on them.

RV tires are replaced generally due to time, not necessarily due to miles. Tires on that rig are very expensive.

Don't let them get the "new" price for it for sure. A new 2016 can be found 25-30% off MSRP. Even a 2017 is 20-25% off, sometimes more.

Offer them $216K. If they don't take it I'll buy you lunch when you come this way.

I would agree, you can do better.

While maybe not 28k, when we bought our 2014, every dealer was high 230s. Got ours 10k less than that, plus air fare out to pickup.

Keep dickering...

We have not had too many issues to report.

Check for leaks. Had one in cabinet to let of fireplace. Rear AC in heavy rains
Test batteries, dealers love to kill batteries while on the lot. Had 3 replaced
Remote SAT jack not wired to front panel
Filter under galley sink in backwards
After sitting so long make them service engine and genset.
Twist, pull, push everything.
Check stored items, chairs, table leaf and ladder.
Replace water filters

Test drive. Test drive. Test drive. We had over 300 miles both I and DW driving. Then of course 1800 first trip home.

Biggest issue, dealer incompetence to fix most initial small problems.

Only had ours a few months, but really like the floorplan. Yours will have a better TV setup in the Bedroom, ours was kind of an after thought.

Agree on the Dealer not having a clue on how to fix it.

Agreed on the floor plan, just could not walk away once we saw it. Soo much storage space too. Moved from a 40 ft Phaeton and only used half the space. Which in hindsight should not have told DW as she just started to buy more stuff...

Have a 2016 and love it. Had several trips back to dealer on warranty items, but all taken care of. Many systems...,still working on some of the entertainment options-very complex. Enjoy
