2013 Vista LCI Jacks not working properly

Another issue with my little used (2500 mi) 2013 Vista 30T.
Have an issue with jacks giving an error when retracting or leveling. Had service look at it and they replaced solenoid, did not stop problem. But when you tap on the pump motor with a hammer a few times it will work. Then the next day same thing, you have to tap with a hammer to get them started then they work fine. The service tech said it could be from lack of use over the last 4 years until I purchased it in 11/18 or it needs a new pump motor. I have used them 4 or 5 times since November without a problem till now. The voltage is good.
I don't think there are brushes in the motor so I don't know what frees up when you hit it with a hammer. Don't know how long this will work either. I intend to keep trying each day raising a lowering for a few more days.
