On the Dish side, are any of the receivers ones that can function similar to the DirectTV genie where they can record multiple programs at the same time?
Yes, there's the Hopper and Joey. Several of the other receivers have dual tuners and can record two shows at once.

Well, I guess , if that's the case, I'll take the dome off mine, beat the heck out of the insides with a hammer and deposit it in the local dumpster!
At least I'll get a little satisfaction!!!

I got $200 for my old dome & dish box, but it took a couple months of me asking everyone I camped next to if they were interested. It was too much like work.

I have Dish at home and in the MH
No problems, never turn it off to the MH only $7.00/mo.
Kingdome says to use the VIP211, but some of the dual receivers will work just fine
After fighting with a Kingdome for two years trying to keep a picture during a light drizzle, just getting it to find a sat. or numerous other problems, I took it off, tossed it in the garbage and went with the travler. Best upgrade I ever made. I wouldn't recommend a Kingdome to my worst enemy. Try calling for support but be willing to wait till they get around to calling you back. Junk!!!!!
