2007 Journey Slide Awning & Seal Repalcement

Hello everyone once again I need to access the mass amount of knowledge that is available on the forum. The time has come to replace my slide out awnings on my 2007 39K Journey. And of course there are issues that need to be addressed while doing this project. #1 issue my drivers side slide has a ripped verticle seal, can just that portion of the seal be replaced? #2 issue is the drain channel / slideout awning mount channel on the coach has a joint where rear edge of the slide awning mounts into the channel and the channel has pulled away from the coach how can i reattach the channel? #3 issue is that I have never replaced a slideout awning what is the process? #4 issue I have a leak on the drivers side slide on the left rear corner as you look from the inside which was happening before the seal was ripped and it seems like the slide is hanging low on this end could it possibly hanging low enough so that the top seals are allowing water to seep because the leak is coming from the top. Please help any suggestions on any or all of these issues will be appreciated and i believe that all of them need to be resolved while doing the slideout awning replacement thank you for your time.
