2004 Vectra GMRS two way radio

HI- I was wondering if anyone would know where or if i can purchase replacement (4) two way radios that nest in the built in re-charger in the dash. I purchased the coach a year ago and have been doing a complete restoration. I would love to have this unit complete. I would appreciate any help that could be offererd, Thanks Brad

This may be helpful: AUDIOVOX GMRS4WM Owner’s/Installation Manual

I tried going to Audiovox directly but they no longer make it. Hoping to find used radios. Thanks

Look in the RV salvage yards. colawrvsalvage.com factoryrvsurplus.com

The radios were of poor quality, with nicad batteries. If they are not cared for they corrode and make a mess of the radios.

I have my 4 with batteries removed, just to fill the holder. They are in great shape but my Midlands outperform them.

You can find much better radios.

Don't you hate when they do that. I have a giant I-POD charging thingy with a half dozen adapters in my dash taking up room.

Looking at the parts catalog online I found this, not 100% sure it’s the same but thought it might help.

141679-05-000 Radio/Two-Way w/Battery (Each=1)

http://www.winnebagoind.com/rvcatalo...go_Catalog.pdf

It’s on page 40 of the PDF. I second the quote above about the Midland Radios. Mine survived the summer of the twins playing “trucker” with them and are going strong.

These GMRS122-2 radios on eBay look identical to the GMRS100s I have in my coach:

Audiovox GMRS 2 Way Radio 22 x 38 Channel Model GMRS 122-2

and

Audiovox 122-2 Two Way Radio

Those 4 would fill up your charger...

Hi I also have a GMRS4WM charger station and want to know if the Audiovox GMRS122-2 are a direct replacement into the charge (ie) will they fit?

Those GMRS 122-2 Ebay links I posted a couple of years ago seem to turn up something else now. If you search Ebay for "Audiovox 122-2" you should find a number of used ones for sale.
