2002 Brave 30w wipers

I have a 2002 Brave 30w with Workhorse chassis, that I recently purchased. The windshield wipers have "parked" in the middle of the glass. It seems that a 'proper' "park" location would be closer to the center (divided windshield), so as to not be in the middle of the sightline. Is there any way of adjusting the wiper "Park" position?? Is there a module that controls the positioning?? The wipers function properly, just end up "parked" awkwardly.
