You'll probably have a hard time finding one:

Need front fender 2000 Suncruiser

Apparently there was a fire in a warehouse in the last few years. No more tooling to make those fenders.

What's left of yours? The one I mentioned in the above thread came loose, and cracked, but I was able to glue it and make it look ok from a few feet away. (It's made out of ABS plastic that can be glued and/or welded.)

Time to learn to fabricate in fiberglass !! ;(

you could use the left side and make a mold then reverse it to make a right hand side (or better find someone who would 'lend' you their good fender to copy)
and fab it using mold using fiberglass.

lots of work OR find one in junk yard OR sneak into rv dealer and steal one OR search endlessly until you find one !!!!???

lots of options none great !

GL!

Sorry, left and right sides are different, there are none in any known salvage yards. I searched for 3 months before insurance co agreed to have a mold made fro drawings supplied by Winnebago.Just got mine in September

The thread I linked was yours Merrill, small internet.

Made a mold, eh? That had to be pricey. But there is a (small) market for these, maybe whoever has it will get to make a few. Did they do it in fiberglass or ABS?

Yep, Just over $4,000. in fiberglass, can't find receipt for exact $$$. Hopefully, insurance company didn't take it.

Here are the drawings if you can find someone to make a mold and the fender.

If I paid for the mold I would have asked to keep it. There are a lot of coaches out there that were made with those front end parts for a number of years so its not really a model specific item.

If one can find and save the broken bits you can usually put them back together as its a molded ABS panel with some aluminum stiffeners behind it and a piano hinge if I understand correctly. Using ABS welding rod would usually result in the most solid repair and would not be that costly.

One may also be able to find a similar or slightly larger one from a newer model as it would be cheaper to cut that one down to fit and plastic weld the ends back on rather than pay to have a custom mold made.

Their on line inventory has no resemblance to what they actually have. When I was looking they had 4 possible matches. After checking with them several times over a 2 month period, they claimed none of those units were there.

Actually, the insurance company paid for it and then only after searching for 2 months also

The problem is finding the missing piece(s) in usable sizes. Mine broke while traveling on an interstate in 40mph winds. No way I was ever going to find the pieces.

The drawing also suggests that there's a family of very similar parts that might be a source of a fender. Something as simple as the parking light hole will drive a new part number (note that my '04 doesn't have the light - and the fender looks very similar). Looks like the print dates back to 1997. Might be one out there that just needs some trimming, or a hole added.

Still limited to a few salvage yards though, and they'll probably want to match it by the books, not going out in the yard and measuring and figuring.

(There are three big ones, Visone, Colaw's, and Arizona RV parts. Lots of others have made it to various lists, but I think those three are the only one that are actually "junkyards", as we think of them.)

The same part number applies to a 35U for both Ford & Chev chassis from 2000-2001, then 35U on Ford from 2002-2004, but not Chev. Friend of mine has a 2002 Adventurer 35U on a Chev and fender is different. We were going to use his to make a mold.

I see a part number of 132332-03-L32 for the 2000-2002 Adventurer/Suncruiser (and Brave Sunrise). My '04 uses a 141193-05-P45 (late Ford). May just be the light on mine. But there's also two listed for a Ford chassis. My '04 chassis sits 2.4" higher that the '03 chassis did. They must have changed the fenders to match that.

Doesn't really matter though. Maybe something that doesn't have the exact same part number that may work. And as you saw, a Workhorse one didn't work.
