Welcome to the forum. If you are comfortable using a meter, find the 12 VDC distribution fuse panel for the house 12 VDC. Determine if there is power to this panel. Once you know this, you'll have narrowed down the problem considerably. If there is no 12 VDC to the panel, the problem lies between the panel and the batteries. Next consider taking a meter reading at the disconnect switch. If there is no power there, you are well on your way to tracing the point of power loss.
