2000 Itasca Horizon ISB power loss

I have a 2000 Itasca Horizon with a 275 hp Cummins isb. While driving, whether under load or not, the coach looses power for about 10 seconds then it kicks back in. A code sometimes sets 102 4 fm indicating low voltage to the map sensor. I replaced the map and IAT sensors. Can anyone recommend what to check next. I will check for connections at the ecm next
