Wonder if anyone has any thoughts on when this unit might start being seen? I had emailed Winnebago about the future plans of a Bunk just days before it was announced I guess, all I got back was that they were not planning on any - guess somebody didn't get the memo.

I'm seeing the 07's show up on RV Trader, but wonder if this one won't show up for some time.

Any thoughts?

I think we've seen each others posts about this...

I'm with you, I suspect there haven't been any built yet and it will be a while before one is seen. Winnebago is advertsing 38 new or revised floorplans for 2007 though. That's 19 after counting Itasca and Winnebago as one. There's 6 new Class C's already announced, and 1 new Sightseer. So there's still 12 new/revised floorplans to see.

I'd like to see a bunk model in the Voyage and Adventurer lines, but given how much the Adventurer has moved up lately, doubt I could ever think about it. Besides it'd probably be 47 feet long. (Okay, maybe 37 something, as illuded to by the 37U comment out there...) I like my 31'7" Adventurer. I'd really like to stay that short, but bunks have us thinking.

Y-Guy:

Do you mean 35J or 38J? I am only familiar with the 38J. I saw an Adventurer 38J at Poulsbo in Vancouver last weekend. It is a beautiful rig. No major changes from 2006 to 2007.

Doug,

Tim's right its a new Sightseer with bunkbeds. We've been looking/considering a Damon Daybreak with bunkbeds, but even my friends at the dealership all suggested I really consider a Winnie. That king bed is a plus too, just hope it doesn't subtract from space in the bathroom.

Winnebago is close to updating their website. Today there is a note on winnebagoind.com stating, "New website is coming soon!".

Not only does the '07 35J have bunk beds but it has a KING SIZE bed (a short King Size at 75")! Seems a mis-match with the bunk beds almost in the same room!!!

I see Lazydays has a Voyage 35L coming.

They mention it having a side wall King size bed.

Hmmm....

Man thought I was sneaky getting the '07 Sightseer brochure. All my dealer has are the order guides. And they don't have the Sightseer 35J.

Is the Voyage Brochure out there somewhere? (Obviously?)

What else does the 35L offer? Besides a $138K MSRP, yikes!

$138k? Guess they want to keep them on the lot. Thankfully Damon, Georgetown and now the Hurricane all are offering Bunk Bed units too. Competition is a good thing, wonder if Winniebago understands that or not. Jeez I can buy a Damon Daybreak for $74k

07 35L at LazyDays

So figure 75% or $105K, still WAY more than I paid for our Adventurer.

Here I thought the Sightseer line was their entry level Class A. They've managed to price themselves right out of the market if this MSRP price hold true. I'd had myself convniced to hold off and see the 35J before I considered the Daybreak. Thoughts are changing now though.

$138K for the Voyage, not a Sightseer, haven't seen an MSRP for a 35J Sightseer, wasn't in my dealer's book of stuff...

Oh yeah, the MSRPs for the new Newmar bunk models can be see at Lee's RV website.

leesrv.com "Build Your Dream RV"

Base MSRP on a Canyon Star bunk model 3410 is $115,822 and I only see an option or two I'd add. Its a step up from the Bay Star 3301 (which as I look now doesn't show up at the Lees website yet) like the Voyage is from a Sighseer. $138, ouch!

Thanks Tom.

"Large rear slide" Large to accomodate a King Size bed? Or large like the 35J Sightseer?

Sounds like only 1 new floorplan. My math says there's still 11 new or revised floorplans to see.
