03 adventurer 33v Converter

My lights just started flickering while hooked up to 50amp system. It is getting worse over the past few days. However, if I turn on more lights it stops.

It it the converter? Where is it located? The batteries are top of the line, less than a year old. Not the issue.

Just serviced mine.

It should be located under your stove. Removed the bottom pull out storage drawer and you should see it screwed down to the floor. Check all your connections and make sure it is not choked with dust bunnies making it overheat. I removed mine and blew it out with compressed air.

Good luck !

The converter has a fuse(s). It may have bit the dust ( 2003 ). I replaced my WFCO in my Bounder at five years.

The 9260 should be plenty. The 9280 is overkill.

The 9280 requires a 20 amp rated plug receptacle. I had one but still went with the 9260 cause that's all I needed.

Well I found it. Under the stove cabinet just like Tomtail said. It's a Parallax 7400. Old and bigger looking than the Progressive Dynamic 9260c but I think this is normal.

converter

I changed mine out about 3-1/2 years ago to a Iota 45amp it has worked out very well I keep it plugged in 24/7 when not on the road have not added water to the batterys in that time. If you search DriVer has a step by step install good luck with your choice
