Zamp solar panels on Micro Mini?

I have a 2018 2106 Micro Mini that is rigged to install Zamp solar panels. Has anyone done this? What type of battery bank are you using? Inverter install or does the micro mini come with one? Any suggestions, comments?

We also....a 2106ds. With one deep cycle marine 12v battery. Any PV system added to the Zamp prewired port [ours is on the forward left side with a 2 conductor SAE port] needs a controller. Zamp controller is integral, others may not be. Just for grins we have on order a Costco supplied Coleman 100watt PV and associated controller [$125]. We camp mainly in very sunny New Mexico so I see no problem going to the less wattage [Zamp suggs 140watt at over $600]. We will report on our experiment results when it arrives and we install.
Future mods may include going to a two 12volt battery system. The 2106ds does very well under light loads with one however. We shall see....

Please let me know how it works. Did you install an inverter? Does the micro mini come with an inverter?

No inverter in the '18 2106ds. The power panel has a trickle charger for the battery when under shore power. However, under battery power you do have battery voltage at one socket behind the TV and 3 USB ports for charging cell phones and pads etc. These are always powered up under battery alone or shore power. As for getting an inverter, that will depend upon appliances on hand. Cook, water heater and heat with gas, fridge on gas.
For the time, I do not plan on operating any 120VAC appliances while boondocking......that could change!

....Yes Dear! So, We get the PVs next week will update.
