Wire identification question

I was just inside that stupidly hard to get at relay/breaker box in the front compartment over the propane tank. It contains the house relay that has a 30 amp fuse as part of its construction.

Anyways, while closing it up I found a stray unconnected wire. Everything looks good on the circuit breakers but while trying to figure out where it might go I came to a dead end. It’s a yellow wire with the label. 124125-03-OOU (r) 1HS

I looked through the ID chart but there are no OOU IDs. It goes NNZ than PPA. I did find a reference somewhere else to a 1HS for solar but It was in reference to a breaker. (I don’t have OEM solar). I thought the OOU would be the ID code.

I have taped it off. In the meantime anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks

For wire ID, look to the last group (1HS?)
I see a reference to 1HS listed as part of the HS. Does look like part of solar and likely left loose if no solar??
See if that makes sense for what you see. I'm finding the wire ID to be a bit of hit and miss at times.
