The one I got at Radio Shack was labeled a satellite splitter, was made by RCA and cost about $3. That was several years ago though.
I saw them at Lowes last week near the regular splitters for about $8 as I recall.
I used mine to connect to an external dish via the service bay TV cable input so I wouldn't have to use an A/B switch.
