Transfer switch 2014 Vista 35F

Hey guys I am looking for a part number for the transfer switch (?) for a 2014 Winnie Vista 35F. I have diagnosed the electrical problems and determined that one leg of the transfer switch from the shore power is dead causing a loss on half of the outlets. Everything works under genie power it’s just under shore power and I confirmed with a voltmeter that one leg is dead on the shore power side. Been waiting hours on local RV shop to get back with an estimate and part number and tech support at Winnie told me to call a local dealer for the part number (go figure). Wife works from home and we are full timers so just picking up and moving is a huge hassle so I am trying to avoid it. Hate to pay outta pocket since I have an extended warranty and I just bought the coach in December but I gotta do what I gotta do. (Warranty company will pay repairs less deductible but not service call for mobile service).

Should be this one: https://www.winnebago.com/Files/File...r%20Switch.pdf Don't take this as the absolute part link it's just what I found - it is from the Winnebago Owners Club newsletter( WIT Club)

Usually there is a sticker on the front of the transfer switch and it contains the model number. It will not be a Winnebago part number. But made by TRC Southwire Surge Guard most likely. Mine is a model 40100. By the way they make many other models of this 50a Transfer Switch that have more features including full EMS functions.

Here's the one in my Adventurer:
https://www.amazon.com/Surge-Guard-4.../dp/B00F4620OO

Here's a different brand installed in some RVs:

https://www.amazon.com/Technology-Re...dp/B00PVG2I3A/

Here's a link to your electrical parts list: https://catalog3d.winnebagoind.com/2013/182386.htm

You can find all of the parts in your RV at: www.winnebago.com click on Owners, then Owners tools. Scroll down and click Research Parts List then select your year and model.

The Winnebago part number is 181917-01-000 but you don't have to get it from Winnebago as it will cost more from them.

Here's a screen shot of your electrical diagram with the part number:

I’ve got a 2015 Winnie Vista 35B.

I grabbed my parts build from Winnie online:

SWITCH - AUTOMATIC TRANSFER - 50 AMP
189995-01-000. When I Google that part number I get this:

https://rvsgeeks.com/product/trc-401...ch-50-amperes/

However from memory I’m pretty sure I have this one In there:

https://www.rvupgradestore.com/Progr...-p/19-2841.htm

I’d go look in person but there is 3 feet of snow on the ground here in VT and the unit is all covered up. Hope that helps!!

Thanx All

Thank you for the reply guys. I don’t know why I didn’t think of it before I guess because I was frazzled over everything else but the manufacturers label is right there on the transfer switch with the part number on it. Now it’s just a matter of finding the part through an affordable dealer and deciding whether I want to replace it myself or a a technician to do it.
