Resistor, What’s This For?

I was making some modifications to my 2018 26A today. I found a two pole connector with a shrink sleeved resistor (2.3 ohm) behind the power panel (circuit breaker / fuse) in the sink cabinet below the drawers. Anyone have an idea what it is used for?

Can't quite read the wire labels in those pictures. Just need to see what they are and look up what the circuit is.
