poor guage visibility

At least during the day it is very difficult to see the speedometer and other gauges in my 2020 outlook e350 even after maxing the rheostat. the odometer is fine. Ford called back and said I would have to take to dealer. I wonder if others have same problem. It's new , haven't driven at night yet. It's a 2020.

I would guess that the new 2020 E-350 dash has the same issue as the 2005 and later Mustangs have, and that is the gauge cluster is shaded by the dash projection. On the Mustang, the LEDs light-up the dash with a brighter light level when the headlights are off. Try running with the headlights switched-off and see if that helps.
