Plug in power area? '04 Winnebago Vectra

I have a 2004 Winnebago Vectra. In the "power Area" where the inverter and shore line cord is, there is a plug just hanging there. It looks like it plugs in to the 110 plug in the compartment. Nothing isn't working like it should. I have no idea what this plug goes to. Any idea's? Thank you

That is the plug for your engine block heater. The outlet it plugs into should be switched by a switch in your OnePlace panel. If you plug it in and turn on the switch you should be able to verify correct operation by observing the significant amp draw of the heater element. You would normally leave that heater cord plugged in and the switch turned off in the OnePlace when not in use.
