Parasitic 12 volt draw on 2018 View house batteries

What is a normal/acceptable draw with everything turned off? Only possible draws I can think of are: One Place monitor, Zamp Battery monitor, Thermostat, TV & Radio background draw while off.
My tests are showing 1.25 amps.

Depends on how and what you mean by "turned off". Microwave have leds? Frig have led lights? Inverter still making AC even when not being used? All the little boards like frig and furnace still working? To fully kill all the drains one has to stomp on each item or have a cutoff like breakers or switch of some sort.

Most RVs have a propane solenoid that must stay on to provide propane to the fridge, stove, etc. It draws as much as an amp.

There is also the Co2 sensor.

As others have pointed out - there are a lot of them. Which is why it is vital to use the battery disconnect switch if the coach is going to be unused and or stored even for a week or less.

Propane, and/or Carbon Monoxide detector(s)? I think Smoke detectors are usually battery operated, but that's not a definite rule.

Steps are a big draw on some coaches. Call Winebago and ask if the steps draw current when in the "on" position. I had battery drainage on my previous Wbgo and had to turn the steps off. Fortunately the step switch was just inside the door and I could reach it when the screen closed.

Now MH I just leave the stepsd out with the switch off.

Since turning the switch off on each MH I never had another problems.

David mentioned a propane valve solenoid. I've just been real world testing mine, and it does draw a lot of power when the valve is open. Try turning off your propane valve, and see if that helps.

But then what is the driving force for wondering? I tend to look for simple, so locate what I do want left live and cut off the rest in the quickest easiest way possible.
For storage while plugged into Ac, I want the converter left on to top off the batteries, have a Trik-l-charge to keep the start battery up off the coach setup and kill everything else. Using a Kill-a-Water meter it shows less than five dollars a year to keep it all going, so I'm okay with that amount extra.

On an older coach and some lower end coaches you do not want the converter running when in storage as they do not have a float mode so they are notorious for killing the house batteries from boiling them dry. Your 2015 should have the upgraded system that charges both the house and engine batteries off the converter however that was usually only an aftermarket add on prior to the 2005 model year (or was that 2015?).

I upgraded my converter to an Intelligent Model with the Charge Wizard which automatically goes into float mode and runs a desulfating cycle as it determines the need.

Suggestion: Join the View/Navion Motorhomes Facebook Group. There are lots of posts about a device sold by Leonard Casella that adds a switch that reduces the propane valve consumption by about 90%. I have on and love it.
