Looking for tips on running AC cable for Inverter on 2405RG 5th Wheel

Have a 2020 MicroMinnie 5th wheel 2405RG (rear galley) and looking to get solar going on it. It has the extreme weather package with the covered belly. I’m planning on putting the inverter/charger in the front battery compartment, so looking to get two runs of 30A AC power cable from the rear galley electrical panel below the fridge to the front battery compartment, (1 run for shore power receptacle to inverter, 1 from inverter to electrical panel). Looking for any advice on tips/tricks on how to remove the belly insulation pan, and if anyone has had one off, how bad will it be to route 2 big 30A (3-10AWG) cables from battery compartment to rear electrical panel. Thoughts on running Drivers-side, Passenger-Side, or down the middle are there any chases or frame cutouts available to use?
