Light Fixture Covers

Anyone know how to remove the ceiling light fixture covers. I have one light burnt out, but more importantly, I'd like to remove the covers to see what type of bulb is inside so I can replace them with LED lights that use the same base. I just can't figure out how to remove the covers...

Same as mine. The lens twists off. They can jam and may take some wiggling to get them off. G4 base LED. I have the 4000K - 45000K temperature bulbs.
