Levels and Water Heater Panel

Hello friends! We have a 2005 Winnebago Sightseer that is giving us issues with levels, hot water, and water pump panel (pic of the panel is attached). We pulled into our summer campsite and hooked up this past weekend. The hot water heater is not getting hot (and the switch does not light up), the water pump doesn't turn on, and the panel shows no information for levels. The generator starts and the hours display functions correctly. All fuses and breakers are good, and all other systems in the RV are functioning. Is there a good troubleshooting thread or online walk through for this component? Also, is anyone aware of an upgraded panel that we could install for these components? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!!!
