Are your jacks hydraulic? Is the pump for the jacks running? When you say you have power to the panel, are there any error lights displaying?

If that's the FMCA Rally you should have plenty of help available.

As Sarah stated, do you see any error lights, especially the "parking brake not set" light. I had that happen in my 2008 and I had to start the engine, disengage the parking brake and then reset it.
Just a thought.

Fixed the problem kwikee and General RV said there was an in line fuse and Winnebago said there isn't, *My son and i looked all over for the circuit breaker none found. *tried the 10 sec reset no luck went back on line and it said to reset by removing plugs in the back of the control panel that worked. *It seems that if the battery is dead or has been disconnected it must be reset. * It is too bad the guy from General RV did not know that when he said nothing they did caused my problem. *All is good now thanks for the help.

Mine have failed about three or four times in the 10 years we have owned our Sightseer. Unscrewing the control panel from the dash and unplugging then plugging back in the power cables to reset the panel has worked each time. Kinda like rebooting your computer.
