Infotainment center

Had to change the chassis battery, now the navigation does no work on the infotainment center. Screen is blank. If I reset to factory default, will I loose satellite radio? How can I fix navigation?

We have no idea of what model RV you have, nor what brand of infotainment system you are asking about.

To be able to give you any help we need all that info, including model year. And, a photo of the info system wouldn’t hurt either.

Thanks

Before replacing the chassis battery I would suggest keeping the electronics powered up which would save all your data and memory functions. Just remember to keep the positive battery lead shielded from a ground connection.
Since you’re already past that point I would recommend contacting the manufacturer for tech advice before you make a mistake

I've found that most of the navigation resides on the SD card in the lower deck of the riverpark unit.

I would power off the unit and pop out the SD card, fully removing it, then plug it back in. Then power on the riverpark and it will recheck the SD card. If no files were corrupted the navigation should restart. If files were corrupt the navigation display will tell you so.
If corrupted it is possible to rebuild the files using riverpark/randmcnally program that you can download.

I have found Riverpark tech support fantastic. Give them a call and they will walk you through just about anything...even when the system is out of warranty. Let us know what happens!

I agree. Riverpark Tech Support was very helpful with my radio issues. Give them a call.
