Question How do I remove the battery?

2015 Itasca Sunstar. Chassis battery under step. How do I get the battery lid/step out of the way so I can lift the battery out?

If it's the same as mine, I undo the latch and then lift up on the left side of the step and pull it forward until it's clear.

Yes, that will help avoid the switches that are near. I broke one opening it and it was $30 to replace the switch.
