Fuzzy TV Picture

Yesterday at a campground, both tvs worked fine on cable. Drove 100 miles to new campground and now I have fuzzy picture on both tvs. Yes, the booster is off, yes I tried another cable. Yes the tv is on cable and not air. If I hook the cable directly up to the tv, bypassing the input in the wet bay, the tv works fine. Somebody suggested a bad splitter since both tvs are affected. Anybody know where the splitter is on a 2020 Sunstar? Or any other suggestions.
