Front window shade

I have a 2010 Itasco Suncruiser and the front window shade only comes down about 1/3 of from windshield. What am I forgetting to allow this to happen? Emergency brake engaged etc…

is your motor running? There is a fail safe if it is to make it work like a sun visor on mine

Windshield shade

When I press the shade switch for either one they will only go down like 1/3. So I do hear the motor run to that 1/3 down. Both goes up from that position with no problem. I read in the manual that it is 12volt. Not sure it getting the correct voltage but I think it is since the coach’s motor is running. What else can I check. Any safety items I’m missing?

I meant the coach motor, not the shade. Shut off the engine and see what happens if it is..

If you have the coach ignition OFF and they still do this, then you need to look at reprogramming the UP/DOWN stops. Tucked up in the corner of your windshield valance you'll find two dangling wires with buttons on the bottom. You use those to program the stops.
