Finding 12 volt hookup for Modem

I have the minnie winnie 2003 and am trying to wire to 12 volt directly. I have the diagram link below for my model. I need to wire it in the media center/ attic of my rv. Can anyone suggest a way to do this? Thanks for any help.

There should be a wall plate with a small button that turns on/off 12 volt power to the rooftop TV antenna amplifier. There will be 12 volts on the back of that plate ( Yellow = positive, White = negative. This will be off a 15 amp fused circuit.
