What is the make of the soundbar? Do you have bluetooth capabilites?
I just recently purchased a Bose Soundlink Micro. I was so impressed with it I bought another one and pair them in stereo mode. They are about $90 each. Extremely portable and water proof. Battery charge last about 6 hours and a full charge is achieved in 4 hours or less. They are bluetooth only so any device that outputs a bluetooth signal will work. I have no affiliation with Bose.
DW uses them here in the S&B, especially when cooking in the kitchen.
