Cruise Control Module Gets Very HOT

Greetings,
I have a 2017 Tour. The cruise control module gets very hot. Freightliner in Dallas looked at it, as did I with the tech. No pinched or bar wires, no burn spots on circuit board. Anyone else experience this. They are going to call their tech support, I'm trying to get ahead of it. Thoughts? Thanks
