Chassis Wiring Harness 2006 Sightseer 26P

Just burnt up the engine wiring harness on our 2006 Winnebago Sightseer 26P and am hoping some one might have a backup source. Factory said obsolete. The other question how do I find out what other models have a similar harness? Thanks : nonono:

Ford would be the supplier for the Chassis Wiring harness and I'd seriously doubt that Ford doesn't have such parts in their database. This is assuming you have a Ford chassis. If it's a Workhorse chassis then Chevrolet would have the part.

Winnebago makes the HOUSE not the CHASSIS.

So, I looked it up and the 26P has the following Workhorse/Chevy chassis for your model - keep in mind when looking for parts the chassis is almost always one model year older. So, you'd been looking for a 2005 part.

Yes, I would look to the chassis folks to get that wiring harnesss if speaking of the wiring for the engine, etc. as they sell a "stripped chassis" to the RV folks who add the top parts.
If this is a first time to need parts for the chassis, it may pay to check the Vin number to make sure what year it is before looking for parts as they are often on a year older than the RV sells as being.
From there I might start as if looking for truck parts, rather than RV. In a way that may make it easier as there are so many more trucks on that chassis than RV, so lots more likely to find the parts?
