In addition to the switch(es) somewhere near your entry door - you may also have a rotary dial or breaker-like switch in/near the battery compartment and/or near the inverter (if you have one).

If your coach is wired like my 2006 Journey (built May 2005) you may have two battery disconnect switches. One in the rear engine bay located on the left side above the radiator. That one is a rotary disconnect switch which serves to disconnect the chassis batteries only (i.e. engine starting batteries) which kills all power to chassis items like engine, locks, lamps, etc. On the right side of your dash there may be a rocker switch that serves as the disconnect for the house batteries (i.e. interior lights, etc.).

X2 on what DOORGUY said. Only one I know of is on the right side of the instrument gage cluster.

Take a look in the engine compartment, under the tail gate. May be a big rotary switch.

Two seperate answers, both correct..
The switch on the upper-left side of the engine compartment is the chassis (starting) battery cut-off.
The house battery disconnect is a rocker switch to the right of the steering wheel

The rotary chassis battery cutoff switch apparently was added with the '06 Journey model year. It may have been a rolling production change as well, so might show up on '05 models produced later in the year (or might not).

On our 2003 Journey 32T the rotary switch for the house batteries is located inside the access panel on the front of the MH where you access the generator, etc.

Our 2005 journey 36g (built Sept 2004) does not have a chassis battery disconnect switch. For longer term non-use periods I pull the negative wires off the chassis batteries which only takes a couple minutes.

Take a close look at the switch locations on Sheet 5:
http://www.winnebagoind.com/diagram/...ire_148556.pdf
Is your chassis a Freightliner of a Workhorse? Workhorse has a "Battery Isolation" switch left of the steering column. Did you seek this information from your owners manual? Many times this is simply generic and useless for specific to your build. Worth a shot.
I can't figure out this diagram: http://www.winnebagoind.com/diagram/...ire_150007.pdf
I don't see how the battery disconnect and the aux start function. as it is depicted.
All you can do is hunt down and identify each and every switch in your coach. Have fun!
