2014 Journey lippert jacks

Low voltages warning is on even when engine is running

Also gen set has vow voltage no start UNLESS engine is running

I have replaced all 8 batteries with Napa orig eq.

Cleaned or replaced all cable connections I can find.

Grounds are on frame and I have cleaned all I can find.

Are there any hidden grounds or pos connection.

Thanks for any and all help

Welcome to the forum. I agree that it sounds like a battery issue. We’re you able to verify you hooked up the new batteries exactly as the old ones? Hopefully, a few of our 12 volt experts will weigh in.

I'd check the chassis battery. Pretty sure both Gen start and Jacks are powered by the chassis batteries. Could be you got a bad battery or a bad connection.

Do your slides show any low voltage errors?

Your correct the Chassis batteries do the work, both are new both test 100%
The slides operate off the same battery and I have been concerned but no indication.
I still think it's a negative (grounding) problem but can't find the grounding lug on the frame near the chassis batteries. Any ideas? Thanks

There is a reset procedure for LCI Jacks. Give them a call and have them email the procedure to you. They may give you some other advice as to what is going on.
