2008 Vectra bedroom tv

I am attempting to remove the wall mounted tv in the bedroom. I have felt all over the back of the mount and do not feel any release levers. I have removed all visible screws except for the screws attaching the main mount to the wall, some of which are partially covered and next to impossible to remove. TV is still very solid.

Winnebago builds its own TV mounts. They are thick metal and usually firmly bolted. Do not expect it to be any kind of standard TV mount. Nothing really swingable or lift off or easy access. If you post a photo of the TV and it’s surroundings we might be able to point you in the right direction.

Also tell us which model 2008 Vectra you have. We can look it up in the 3D parts list and show you the mount.

When I downloaded and blew up your photo I see a flange on the side of the metal mount and it looks like screw heads are mounting that metal piece to the wall of the RV.

If I'm seeing it correctly, that's how you remove the TV. Unscrew that metal mount and you'll find the TV directly bolted to that heavy metal mount.

Can you confirm that is how the mount is attached to the wall?

I've circled the flange I referenced above:

Mine looks similar to that. I took out the screws across the top, and it lifted up and out of the wall bracket. The screws holding the bracket to the wall on the bottom are impossible and we’re unnecessary to remove with the TV in place.

Thanks Wyatt for adding that info. I went by what I saw in the photo but it must have been just a reflection.
