2008 Journey 39Z Courtesy Lights?

I have a 2008 39Z journey just bought about a month ago. Couple of wire questions. #1 The courtesy light just to the left as you are coming up the steps is not working. Changed the bulb and still no light. Does this light come on when the door is opened or is it another circuit? #2 is the entrance handle on the outside supposed to light up at any time? #3 The pnl just to the left of the driver below the trans buttons, is this pnl supposed to light up like the others on the dash? also the pnl to the left coming up the steps does that light up?
