I bought a number of parts directly from Winnebago Parts over the phone within the past year. When did this change happen?

I called the Winnebago parts number 641 585 6395 about one month ago to place an order. I received a recorded message advising they no longer sell parts direct from factory to customers. I am a member of WIT and used to be able to get a 10% discount by providing my WIT membership number. I doubt this discount will be available through dealers. I called the above noted number minutes ago to confirm the message is still current.

Would also check the clearance lights. They were my source for a leak.
