Winnebago Windshield Repair - Suggest a Shop Near San Diego, CA
Can anyone suggest an automotive glass shop in the greater San Diego, CA area? A shop that has specifically fixed the windshield frame rust issue and replaced the glass?
My 1999 Winnebago Brave SE has a cracked driver's side windshield and, after reading the NUMEROUS threads on iRV2, it appears very likely my Winnie has the rust issue.
Thanks,
Yogge

Yogge, not all frames seem to have that problem. I had my passenger side on our `99 replaced this past spring and it was fine. Keep your fingers crossed and hopefully yours will be OK.

I used Nomad Glass. They have a web site and are a nationwide motorhome glass company. They sent out a crew to replace mine and they cleaned up the rust and treated it with a solution and applied a coating all the way around then installed the glass and it has been leak free since.
