Another great resource allows you to identify all the parts used on your particular rig. For example, you can determine what type of countertop material was used and the color name. Go to the link, click on the year of your rig, and enter the last 5 digits of the Winnebago Body Serial Number. It brings up every Winnebago related part used in the production of your motorhome in alphabetical order:

do you know what program i need to view the part after i select it

So did I because I was entering the last 5 of VIN.
Using last 5 of Winnebago serial # the page came right up..
Data plate with serial number is found on wall to left of driver seat on my rig.

Does this link let you request information for a 2007 Journey 36 SE with Cummins 300 hp? It won't bring it up with the last 5 digits of the VIN.

You need the Winnebago Serial Number NOT the VIN. There should be a tag somewhere around the driver's seat with this information on it.

Those links are for something else.

We don't know what you're looking for, but if you're looking for a parts list:

https://www.winnebago.com/Files/File.../7wkp36gsg.pdf

If you'd start with a new thread, telling us exactly what you're looking for and what problem you have we can steer you though all of the resources and help you find what you need.

Agree, does not help newer than 2017. Similar lack of support on the electrical and plumbing diagrams where some 2024 models are not included.

Not those links, but there are tons of documents for newer than 2017 Motorhomes. What are you finding lacking?

And, 2024's are just going to take time to appear on the website. It's not like they don't plan on adding that stuff.

Go to https://winnebago.com/owners/owner-resources - not those "Service Tips" and you'll find all you need. I never look at or use the "Service Tips" they're very lacking in details.

I have a 2024 Vita. While I can understand information lag for the current year, the 2024 listings indicate several other 2024 models. It seems to me if they provide this information on several models, they should provide the information on all the models. To make matters more frustrating, when I have contacted them for information on plumbing and electrical, I am given a minimally or inaccurate response and a comment referring me to look at the diagrams on their website. When I have indicated my model is not listed I am told to refer to the 2022 model, which in some cases provides the information, but in several cases there have been changes since 2022, so referring to 2022 is a crap shoot.

It won't satisfy you, but the Vita and Porto were discontinued for nearly 2-years and just very recently brought back.

You can wish that they were pro-active in getting the latest info up on the website. But they haven't been.

As I said, it won't satisfy you wanting something different, but that's the situation as it now exists.

Here's a webpage that details some of the changes from the previous model:
