Why are there 3 Radio Antennas on my roof

Hi Everyone! I have a semi-new to us 2003 Journey 36DL and I've come across another mystery. On the roof there is 3 of those black stubby AM/FM antennas. One over the cab for the front radio, one over the bedroom for the bedroom radio and then there is one over the bathroom. It is not the CB antenna. So I was wondering what it went to or is it part of some strange antenna array to help me pick up Mars. Is it for the Weather radio band?? Just curious, I looked in the bathroom and didn't see a connector although that wouldn't be such a bad thing if there was. Any ideas??

It's for the radio in your bay.

BTW, those radios are known to turn themselves on. I added an additional switch to prevent that on my old coach. (03 Journey DL)

Not to highjack this thread but did anyone ever repair one of these stubby antennas? I found the one for the outside entertainment center broke off after hitting some branches. I am hoping the base comes apart and I do not have to pull the whole thing out....

The base and the "stick" are connected by and Allen head screw. I think it's an 1/8" Allen wrench

Just unscrew the rubber stick from the base using an allen wrench and put a new rubber stick back on.

I found them at Wal*Mart for less than $6. I did have to drill and tap them to work with what was left on the roof of our Dutch Star.
