Where is bypass valve
Hi all, we just puchased a micro mini 2106fbs year 2016, the previous owners winterized it and we are trying to de winterized it. Followed all the steps, filled water tank, turned on pump and opened faucets, nothing. Pump is pumping but not stopping and not pumping water..was told it was probably bypassed and that bypass is on hot water tank?? Well I can't open the door to water tank as it is a flat screw that just turns and turns.,I'm at a loss!!! Please help!! Thanks in advance

even if bypass valve is ON you should still get flow out of the faucets...that's how the lines are winterized. by all means get that door open but by your description it sounds like your fresh water valve is still in the FILL position. you may have neglected to switch it back to ON or CITY after you filled the tank.

should be in the wet bay. you must/should have seen it when you filled your fresh water tank.

Not sure how your model is different than the 2106DS, but on that there are two places you would need to look. The first would be in the bathroom area, removing a front panel on the cabinet to get at the water heater bypass valves. The second would be removing the bottom panel (that you set pots on, etc.) inside the cabinet under the kitchen sink. There will be a valve there for letting the pump suck in fluid from an antifreeze bottle. My guess would be that that valve was left open??? If so the pump would likely just be pumping air. Not sure if there are other valves there too--I just don't remember.

Open the cabinet door below the kitchen sink and remove the false floor. There should be two screws holding the false floor in place, one in the middle at the back and one in the middle at the front. When you remove the false bottom, you will find the water pump. It sounds like you have a winterizing kit installed at the pump. There will probably be a "T" on the intake side of the water pump. One side of the "T" will be connected to the water line that goes to the fresh water tank below the floor and probably has a 1/4 turn valve in-line, this valve needs to be open, from your description it is probably closed. The other side of the "T" will be connected to another line that is used to winterize the camper. This line will not be connected to anything on the other end and will also have a valve, this valve needs to be closed if it isn't already. Opening the valve to the fresh water tank and making sure the valve on the winterizing line is closed should solve your issue.
As for the water heater, you said you have a 2016 2106FBS, that should have an Atwood On-Demand tankless water heater, there is no bypass on that water heater.

Your hot water tank is located under your bathroom sink, you can access it from either above the tank or from the side of the tank.
As indicated, check your water pump, under your kitchen sink, make sure the pump is not set for adding anitfreeze still.
